It will take your existing neck work as the foundation on which to build a new more precise, targeted and clearly understandable methodology and system of tissue release.
Detailed work relating to the sub occipital muscles, scalenes, pterygoids, sternocleidomastoids and more. Looking at the order moves need to be done in and why this should change depending on your client’s presentation. Finer work, including, shoulder stabilisation that increases ROM, delicate release of tissues related to the nuchal ligament and more neural stimulation to free the neck.
