Applied Myosceletal Therapy training consists of three days of hands-on learning, which covers:
- Ilio-Sacral Dysfunction - How misaligned ilia bones influence the sacrum and functional leg lengths
- Sacro-iliac Dysfunction & Lumbar Spine - How a misaligned sacrum can impact on the ilia causing SIJ dysfunction
- Neuromuscular Re-education (NRE's) - Dysfunction specific take-home movements or static holds, for the client to perform on a daily basis, to prevent pain reoccurring.
