An integrative concussion recovery training combining:
Lymphatic work
Visual rehabilitation strategies
Neurological exercises
Nervous system regulation tools
Hands-on manual therapy techniques
Practical recovery protocols for real-world application
This course is designed to help practitioners and individuals better understand the complex relationship between the brain, fascia, vision, movement, circulation, and nervous system recovery after concussion.
Many people continue to struggle long after a concussion with:
• Brain fog
• Headaches
• Neck tension
• Dizziness
• Visual disturbances
• Balance issues
• Fatigue
• Nervous system dysregulation
• Difficulty returning to normal life or sport
Traditional approaches often miss the importance of fluid movement, sensory integration, manual work, breath, and nervous system regulation.
This course brings these missing pieces together.
Gentle hands-on techniques can help support:
✔ Lymphatic and fluid drainage
✔ Nervous system regulation
✔ Mobility through the neck, jaw, diaphragm, and cranium
✔ Sensory and neurological integration
✔ Reduced protective tension patterns
✔ Improved circulation and recovery potential
Participants will leave with practical tools that can immediately be applied in clinical settings or personal recovery.
